PAYMENT

Alive Water Company offers the following payment method:
- bank transfer to the account of the Company through any bank of Russia. 100% advance payment of the equipment cost shall be made before shipment of the goods from the factory. Delivery services shall be paid separately: you shall pay the transportation company the cost of delivery upon delivery of the goods to your city. The cost of delivery shall be calculated based on transportation companies’ rates.

DELIVERY

Delivery in the territory of Russia is made by the following transportation companies: PEC, Delovye Linii, and Magic Trans

The cost of delivery to your city depends on the dimensions, weight, and quantity of machines. The dimensions and weight of each model are given in the machine specifications.

Who is responsible for the safety of the goods?
The cost of delivery includes insurance of the goods. The insurance guarantees safety during the transportation and, in case of damage, covers the full cost of the goods. Therefore, it is important to check the goods at the terminal before signing any documents!

How you may know that the goods have been delivered to your city:
Transportation companies notify consignees by phone of the arrival of goods at the place of destination and offer two ways at your discretion:

•   You may come and take the goods from the transportation company’s terminal
• You may request delivery to your address in at the transportation company’s rates..

To receive the goods, the following is needed:

1. If the consignee is a legal entity, to receive the goods, an authorization or a seal (stamp) is needed.
2. If the consignee is an individual, to receive the goods, the consignee will need to produce her/his internal passport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! To the attention of consignees!

• - When receiving the goods, please pay particular attention to the equipment acceptance!
• - Newer sign any delivery receipts before you visually check the goods that have arrived
• - The package shall not be damaged; the equipment shall not have any visual defects of integrity, etc.
• - Please remember that once you or an authorized person of the consignee sign a delivery receipt (which is a waiver of any claims concerning quality) you undertake the responsibility for the goods, their reweighing, etc.
• - All goods are insured; therefore, if you find any defects on the package or equipment, you should inform an employee of the transportation company of that and prepare a report.
