Personal Data Processing Policy of Alive Water Company, Limited Liability Company

General provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy meets the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and specifies the procedure for personal data processing and ways to ensure personal data security at Alive Water Company, Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

The Operator’s main goal and prerequisite for the activity is to respect human rights and freedoms at the moment of processing personal data, including privacy protection.
This Policy of the Operator in respect of personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is applicable to all information which the Operator may receive about visitors of https://alive-water.com/ Web site.

Basic terms used in the Policy

Automated personal data processing means the processing of personal data by means of computer equipment;
Personal data blocking means temporary suspension of personal data processing (except for cases when processing is needed to clarify personal data);
Web site means a collection of graphic and information materials, as well as computer software and databases ensuring their accessibility via the Internet at https://alive-water.com/;
Personal data information system means an aggregate of personal data contained in databases along with information technologies, hardware and software for their processing;
Personal data sanitization means actions, as a result of which it is impossible to identify the belonging of personal data to a particular user or other personal data owner, unless some additional information is used;
Personal data processing means any action (operation) or a group of actions (operations) performed in respect of personal data with or without the use of automation equipment, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), sanitization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;
Operator means a state agency, municipal authority, legal entity or individual which/who, on their own, or together with other persons, arrange and (or) perform personal data processing, and determine personal data processing purposes, the content of personal data to be processed, actions (operation) to be performed in respect of personal data;
Personal data represent any information that directly or indirectly refers to a particular or identifiable user of https://alive-water.com/ Web site;
User means any visitor of https://alive-water.com/ Web site;
Personal data provision means actions aimed at personal data disclosure to a particular person or to a number of people;
Personal data distribution means any actions aimed at personal data disclosure to an unlimited number of people (personal data transfer) or at the familiarization of an unlimited number of people with personal data, including personal data publishing in mass media, in information and telecommunication networks or otherwise granting access to personal data;
Personal data cross-border transfer means personal data transfer to the territory of a foreign country, to a foreign country’s state agency, to a foreign individual or foreign legal entity;
Personal data destruction means any actions as a result of which personal data are irreparably destroyed and personal data content cannot be recovered in personal data information system, as well as (or) actions as a result of which tangible media containing personal data are destroyed

The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

Surname, name, patronymic;
E-mail;
Phone numbers;
In addition to this, the Web site collects and processes sanitized data on visitors (including data of cookie files) with the use of the Internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
The abovementioned data are hereinafter jointly referred to as Personal data.

Personal data processing purposes

The User’s personal data processing purpose is to provide the User with information by sending her/him e-mail messages; provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials available on the Web site; clarify order and delivery details.
In addition to this, the Operator may notify the User of new products, services, special offers, and various events. The User may always refuse to receive information messages by sending a letter to the following e-mail address of the Operator: sale@alivewater.ru marked “Refusal to receive notifications of new products, services, and special offers”
Users’ sanitized data collected by means of the Internet statistics services serve to collect information on Users’ actions on the site, enhance the quality of the site and its content.

Personal data processing legal basis

The Operator may process personal data of the User, provided that they are filled in and/or sent by the User, on the User’s own, by means of special forms available at https://alive-water.com/. The User, by filling in respective forms and/or sending her/his personal data to the Operator, expresses her/his agreement with this Policy.
The Operator processes sanitized data about the User if it is permitted by the User’s browser settings (the saving of cookie files is active and JavaScript technology is used).

Procedure to collect, store, transfer and otherwise process personal data

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is provided through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully meet requirements of the current law in the field of personal data protection.

The Operator ensures personal data security and takes all reasonable steps that prevent access of unauthorized persons to personal data.
In no event personal data of the User will be given to any third parties, except for cases associated with compliance with the current law.
If any inexactness is revealed in personal data, the User may update them on her/his own by sending a notification to the following e-mail address of the Operator: sale@alivewater.ru marked “Personal data update”.
Personal data processing period is unlimited. At any moment, the User may withdraw her/his consent to personal data processing by sending a notification to the following Operator’s e-mail address: sale@alivewater.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

Personal data cross-border transfer

Prior to any personal data cross-border transfer, the Operator shall, first of all, make sure that a foreign country to the territory of which personal data are going to be transferred, ensure secure protection of rights of personal data owners.
Personal data cross-border transfer to the territory of foreign countries that do not meet the abovementioned requirements is possible only in cases where written consent of a personal data owner is given to cross-border transfer of her/his personal data and/or in case of performance of a contract where a personal data owner is a party to it.

The User may get answers to any questions concerning her/his personal data processing by contacting the Operator at the following e-mail address: sale@alivewater.ru.
This document will contain all changes made by the Operator in the Personal Data Processing Policy. The Policy remains in force indefinitely until it is replaced with a new version.
